If you think you see BBC radio presenter Sir Terry Wogan around Jumeirah in the next few days, you won’t be wrong.

He flies to Dubai with Virgin Upper Class on September 14 to spend a few days at Burj Al Arab – but it’s all in aid of charity.

He’ll be accompanying the successful bidders in the BBC Children In Need charity auction.

The lucky winners have paid £40,000 for a week in Dubai and a round of golf at the Montgomerie with Sir Terry and his producer Pauly.

They’re also getting a few days at Bab Al Shams, so it’s the trip of a lifetime for them and the charity is getting a large and much need contribution.
