From October 17th to 21st, Michelin Star chef David Thompson will be cooking live at the Thai Kitchen in Dubai Park Hyatt.
All the way from Nahm, at the Halkin Hotel, in the heart of Belgravia, London, David will be delighting diners with a mouthwatering menu featuring wok dishes such as Hoi Shell Pat Bai Yiraa (scallops stir fried with basil) and Pat Dap (chicken liver stirred with wild ginger, chillies and green peppercorns).
There will also be clay pot temptations including Geng Gwio Warn Neua (green beef curry with Thai aubergines, white turmeric and basil), plus a variety of grilled and steamed delicacies and some yummy desserts.
